Tiger mike on the move

Recently, we had this awesome kids event thing going on at Victoria Gardens by our Kids ministry team at church. We decided to bring tiger mike out of the church walls to do something exciting. It turned out to be such a fun way to be a blessing to the community in reaching out to the little ones and their parents. I've got a parent who came up to me and asked me questions about who are we...and so forth. We had activies such as : face paintings, colouring, games, ballons. So yes, it's going to be really exciting. Looking forward to what God is going to do and the great things that He has installed in His heavenly realm for these precious lil ones. I was in charge of the camera on that day. Such a blessing to be able to borrow Dave's (da amazing man behind our multimedia production thingy at church) camera - Sony cybershot. Felt so good to just play around with a nice camera. haha..till then, enjoy the pictures.

number 22

gosh, I don't believe i'm so old already. haha..I love what Sarah wrote in the card, "A year older but never too old to be silly" What an exciting concept. Was able to join this bunch of awesome people for the coffee ministry at Melbourne Uni in the evening. A great team of young, passionate people being OUt there to bless and to serve the community. Later, the unexpected bunch of people arrived at Cafe Greco. Beautiful bunch of people from my church!! And yes, was bombarded with tough, questions that I had to answer. What can I say, THank YOU so much peeps. Thank you for making my day.

p/s: Thanx for the cards and the greetings! Appreciate it LOTS! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.....lol..ahaha

Holidays have just begun. I've been sleeping late, getting up late, pushing myself to get back to those evening jogs, taking some time to reflect and enjoy the things around me, still deciding what can/should I do during this long break of mine.

places/things in mind:
1. Sydney trip with leny and mun yee
2. Tasmania
3. Spend some time to improve my flash skill for next sem
4. Road trip
5. preparing my portfolio
6. part-time job
7. being a volunteer in a non-profit organization

ah..presenting to you, my sifu's new born baby. To Edwin and Priscilla, Congratulations!!! Finally...we've got someone to play with..haha. Boy, isn't he adorable? =) I still couldn't believe how quick things have become. First it was uni, completing his PHD in UK, marriage then took place a few years later, and now, BABY wei! It seemed as though it was just yesterday where I was sitting behind the piano, trembling over my keys and pedals as I was playing for the first time in church at the age of 15. And there he was, my brother in Christ, Edwin, constantly pushing me through practises to improve my skills, sowing the seed I never thought I had within me. Above all, looking beyond this 15 year old girl with no experiences, bad at sight readings, had no clue how to play chords, not sure whether she was going to survive through those hard hymns.....yet graciously invested his time and effort to train me up. I must have been such a bad student, I reackon. haha..Can't wait to be back to see lil Joseph! =o)

ah...this is one of my final project for this semester. One that I really enjoyed working on it although it took me abt two days to do them! Thought it was simple and easy but when I actually started to work on them, boy, it was hard. Was an inspiration from the prep kids and by the grace of God that has led me all the way to the completion of this project. Am really proud of this lil puppets of mine..haha..
